11 Μαΐ 2021 · I have files (Excel) shared for me in Teams. I can edit them using Windows or IOS. However, if I open them on Android I get info that file is being edited by other users or I may not have rights to edit. I can open and read the file but cannot edit.

In Teams, go to OneDrive > My Files. Find the file you want to share. Hover over the file and select Share . Enter the name, group, or email you want to send your file to. Add an optional message to give the recipient context. Select Sharing settings to change file permissions.
When you upload a file to Teams, you can share it anytime with other people and groups. To share a file in Teams for desktop: Select OneDrive in Teams. Go to My files . Hover over the file you want to share and select Share . Select Copy link to get a link you can paste into chat or email.
If you'd like to share an Excel spreadsheet that's in a shared location, you can send a link to the file or send the file as an attachment. The advantage of sharing a link is that you can update the spreadsheet any time and your recipients will always have the most up-to-date version.
