25 Νοε 2021 · Hello, I've recently gotten an HP Active Pen G3, I've managed to connect it to my laptop (HP Envy x360 15) and the buttons seem to work but it won't draw. I've tried changing a bunch of different settings and installing drivers but nothing seems to fix it. Does anyone know how to? Thanks in advance!

26 Ιαν 2024 · I have HP Dragonfly and Pen Active G3 - it connects via Bluetooth but does not work. I tried getting the HP Pen Control App but that's not compatible!

2 Οκτ 2022 · HP is showing in their official video that you can configure the HP active pen G3 in multiple ways using the app. And in reality, you don't have the app or you cannot configure it. Looks like I need to keep my pen in my showcase 🙂
21 Απρ 2024 · I already successfully connected the device via Bluetooth. I installed the hp pen control but when I open it the error "Sorry, HP Pen Control is not compatible with this computer" appears. HP active pen G3 L57041-001. HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3 5KA56UP. Please help me!
23 Ιαν 2020 · Some pens require a driver. Open Support Home > category Software, Drivers and Firmware. If a driver is installed, remember to enable Bluetooth and connect your pen. For example: Settings > Devices > Switch ON Bluetooth . The compatibility document is updated as new information becomes available.
