25 Νοε 2021 · Hello, I've recently gotten an HP Active Pen G3, I've managed to connect it to my laptop (HP Envy x360 15) and the buttons seem to work but it won't draw. I've tried changing a bunch of different settings and installing drivers but nothing seems to fix it. Does anyone know how to? Thanks in advance!

20 Νοε 2021 · I am not aware that the HP Pen Control application works with this type of pen. That means, I do not think the app is compatible with this type of stylus. Regardless, the app is available from the Microsoft Store.
2 Οκτ 2022 · HP is showing in their official video that you can configure the HP active pen G3 in multiple ways using the app. And in reality, you don't have the app or you cannot configure it. Looks like I need to keep my pen in my showcase 🙂
