9 Μαΐ 2020 · Windows allows you to tweak the camera privacy settings to have a control over whether you allow access to camera on your HP laptop and which apps are allowed or denied. To make sure it’s enabled: On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and type camera. Then click on Camera privacy settings.
I have updated my computer to its latest settings, checked that all permissions are set to allow use of the camera in settings, and checked that the Integrated Camera is enabled in the Device Manager.

If there are no updates for your camera, try to select Advanced options > Optional updates, and look for any driver updates for your camera.
