17 Μαΐ 2018 · After April update, My mouse touch pad freezes when pressing any key on the keyboard. I couldn't find the "palm option" in April update.
11 Δεκ 2019 · I suggest you follow the below steps to resolve the issue: Go to the Control Panel (large icon view) then > click Mouse > Device Settings tab > Settings. Under the Synaptics Settings, go to Pointing > Sensitivity > Palmcheck and set the palm sensitivity to the minimum and test the game.
