Common problems for fax machines include image quality, paper jams, connectivity issues, or sending and receiving errors. You may see these error messages: Fax communication error. Fax receiving but not sending. Fax sending but not receiving. Printer keeps defaulting to fax.
Use the information in this document to troubleshoot issues with sending and receiving faxes and common fax error messages that might display on the printer control panel.
16 Δεκ 2016 · When I select the fax as the printer and say "print", the fax screen should pop up asking where to send it, but nothing happens. When I check the devices and printers screen, it shows the fax machine as not connected with print job(s) pending.
