16 Ιαν 2024 · When I attempt to print pdf files from various sources to my printer, 1) I must select color ink or I get nothing, and 2) only a faint outline of the letters show up (they are hollow). It did not matter if I selected 300 or 600dpi. The pdf files that I am printing are primarily black and white text. My printer is a deskjet 3755.
4 Ιαν 2018 · (1) Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor, which comes back with no issues. (2) Done a hard reset (also uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and drivers) (3) Changed the USB cable and plugged the printer directly into the wall socket
