4 Απρ 2022 · Pen Settings App for HP Active Pen G3 stop working. It no longer detect and communicate with the Active Pen G3. In Windows Setrings the Acitve Pen G3 has been properly paired and I can use the pen properly.
25 Νοε 2021 · Hello, I've recently gotten an HP Active Pen G3, I've managed to connect it to my laptop (HP Envy x360 15) and the buttons seem to work but it won't draw. I've tried changing a bunch of different settings and installing drivers but nothing seems to fix it.
Download the HP Pen Control app if it is not preinstalled on your computer. Use HP Pen Control to change the settings on your HP Pen using the instructions in this document.
