You have tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, restarted the printer queue service, turned off the firewall, ran the HP print and scan doctor program and the issue still persists.

29 Ιαν 2018 · Each time I print a document (Word or PDF) it gets stuck in the print queue. I need to do three steps to free the printer. Firstly I go to 'Services app' and scroll to Print Spooler and Stop the service. I then need to go to 'C:\windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS' and delete print files.

Select Printer > Run the troubleshooter. 5. Follow all prompts on the Printer troubleshooter to find and fix problems with printing. Check Print Spooler Configuration.
