1 Σεπ 2020 · The laptop connects to the wifi direct printer but then windows shows driver unavailable and the only option is to remove the printer, there is no manage option. Since the printer is also hardwired to a network, it can be installed that way and drivers install fine.
Identify issues with Wi-Fi, USB, and Ethernet connections that can cause the printer to go offline or be unavailable. Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved. Check Wi-Fi network connection.
