Hulk also has a very high degree of durability, endurance, and regenerative ability—but one could argue that these are inevitable for something so incredibly strong.
In a fight against Superman, Hulk's strength would be a significant advantage. He could use his brute force to overpower Superman and deliver powerful blows. Additionally, Hulk's durability would make it difficult for Superman to harm him, as he can withstand immense amounts of damage.

While I think superman would beat hulk in a fight (just drop him on the sun at lightspeed), the Hulk does, as you said, have unlimited strength. Superman can call on his massive strength whenever he pleases and toss planets around space like toys, but the hulk can become even stronger given enough anger or a dire enough situation.

But Hulk is in a class of strength and power far above Metallo, Lex Luthor or any of the small number of powered villains who’ve tried using Kryptonite to slow Superman down. If Hulk is able to weaken Kal, he may just beat him to death as that vaunted invulnerability wanes just enough to allow it.
