Tokaji Aszu wines are fully suited to drink on their own as a dessert wine, but they can also pair well with dishes like rich foie gras, creme caramel and blue cheese. If you're feeling ambitious, you can pair a glass of Aszu with spicy dishes like Peking duck and plum sauce, sticky sesame tofu and even some Indian cuisine dishes.
