31 Ιουλ 2022 · I have been having issues with this computer for awhile and i just want to factory reset it to try and fix it. I cannot click on start or open settings. If i try the screen flashes white and closes.

22 Νοε 2018 · Once on the lockscreen, hold down the shift key then press restart from the soft power key located at the bottom right hand of the screen. Instead of shutting down and restarting, Windows will open to a new Boot Options screen. There, you can now navigate to Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
