Campuses. The Academy is located at Mussoorie, a hill station at a height of little above 6580 ft. It is 35 Km. by road from the rail head at Dehradun and some 270 km. north of Delhi. From the main campus built on the Charleville estate, there have been subsequent expansions.
Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) is a civil service training institute on public policy and public administration in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand in India. The academy's main purpose is to train civil servants of the IAS cadre and also conduct the Foundation Course of Group-A Central Civil Services.

The academy offers spacious and well-endowed classrooms with the latest audio-visual facilities along with video-recording and video-conferencing facilities. There are four main buildings at the Academy: Karmashila, Dhruvshila, Gyanshila and Aadharshila.

19 Ιουλ 2021 · LBSNAA (Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration), Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, is the training institute for all the recruits who have passed the civil service examinations. The initial training is for four months for everyone whether inducted in IAS, IPS, IFoS, IFS, IRS, etc.
