It's easily the weirdest film on the chart. It's a compilation of distorted home video footage of kids playing, with a droning soundtrack, but everything about it is extremely uneasy. The way it's shot makes it so every second feels like something absolutely disgusting and illegal is about to happen, but it never does.

The Wiki page goes into a good amount of detail, it's hard to read but not as graphic as I'm assuming the movie on this iceberg is. Apparently the movie is just exploitative of the situation and doesn't pay any respect to the victim.
