So I’m in the military and I have a personal CAC reader with my dell laptop. The past couple of years I’ve had no problem (windows 10) with my certificates populating and accessing government sites. Now when I plug in my card, nothing shows up. Internet options>Content>Certificates...then nothing.

24 Ιουν 2024 · I was just using my Identiv SCR3500C Smart Card reader to access secure files for work. Out of nowhere, my CAC reader suddenly stopped working. The issue will state "No Client Certificate presented".
22 Ιαν 2024 · Does not read your CAC when using your Mac NO TE: We are hearing Mac users having problems with the SCR-331 reader. A recommendation is to get a Mac compatible reader .
2 Νοε 2021 · I see the CAC reader in the USB listing, I even reinstalled the drivers for my SCR3310,v2 CAC reader. However, after the system upgraded to Monterey...poof, I can no longer get into any sites that require my CAC. I also went into Military CAC and deleted, then reinstalled my certificates.
Cac reader issues with windows 11! I have a dell inspiron running windows 11 and an identiv scr3310v2.0. I have followed the guide for downloading the certs over and over. I’ve checked the driver and the laptop says my reader is running perfectly. I don’t know what else to try.
