If the attorney is admitted to the practice of law in Ohio and registered as active, inactive, emeritus, retired (prior to 2005), or military spouse attorney, and meets all requirements under Gov. Bar R. VI, Sec. 15, the attorney is eligible for a certificate of good standing.
