I've spent days trying to get my iPod to connect to my new Windows 10 Dell desktop. It would not show up under devices therefore would not show in iTunes. I did everything people suggested and nothing worked. I finally found the fix!

You can use the head-/earphones on Windows 10 while being connected to the app on Android to play with EQ and ANC modes. At least with the Q30s it works perfectly. I thought that would be the case with all app-enabled devices?
