Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account must be accessed using that password. On the MyChart mobile app, you can also log in using face ID or fingerprint login.
Browse a directory of organizations that use MyChart. Sign up or login.
Download the MyChart mobile app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for Apple iOS). Open the app and search for your healthcare organization. You can search by location or by organization name. Enter your MyChart username and password and tap Log in.
Open the App Store: Locate the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. Search for MyChart: Use the search bar to find the MyChart app. Download the App: Tap the “Get” button to download and install the app. Open MyChart: Once installed, open the app and log in using your MyChart credentials or create an account if you’re a new user.
