Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account must be accessed using that password. On the MyChart mobile app, you can also log in using face ID or fingerprint login.
Your activation code is a temporary code that helps you create your Patient Gateway account and link your medical information to this account. Your password is created by you to securely log in to Patient Gateway.
Sign in or enroll to request appointments and communicate with your care team via Patient Gateway. Patient Gateway provides secure online access to your health information whenever you need it.
