The tour of the Olentangy Indian Caverns offers a fascinating look at Delaware County history and the process of cavern formation. Sure, compared to many other caverns it is small, but what it lacks in size is made up for in the informative and entertaining tour. It's a great place to take the kids.
I decided to visit the caverns. It is a great place to spend a couple hours, and there are activities for the whole family to enjoy. The cost to get in is reasonable. A place to mine for gems, a petting zoo, and a treasure hunt maze will help keep the kids entertained. The caverns themselves are not too big.
