I (F23) got positive ANA with speckled pattern ICAP nomenclature AC-2,4,5,29 and nuclear dot pattern AC-6, 7 both 1:320. I don’t show any symptoms of joint pain and other vitals are normal. Other tests were in the normal range like RNP antibodies, Anti DNA DS Qual, and other tests. Let me know if one is necessary to mention.
