You can also adjust Safari settings in Accessibility settings. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Per-App Settings. Tap Add App, choose Safari, then tap Safari to adjust the settings.
23 Μαρ 2020 · I have no Menu Bar for Safari on iPad - no green button , no Apple symbol, nothing up there. Command Control F does nothing. Holding down the command key give me a selection of key combinations but there is nothing about a menu bar.

This may vary depending on the app, but for Apple apps, it’s a circle with three horizontal dots in the middle. From the drop-down menu, tap Customize Toolbar. Drag and drop the different wiggling buttons to the toolbar.
