If you wish to change your destination to the new UBC hosted mailbox, you need to reconfigure the email forwarding settings at https://id.ubc.ca. New students enrolling from June 11, 2012 and later are able to sign-up for this mailbox service. Previously registered students and alumni that have accounts on the existing Netinfo/Interchange platform will receive a separate communication about the rollout of the new mailbox service by July 15th.
The Student and Alumni Email Service is an optional combination of email aliasing, forwarding, and UBC hosted mailbox. Users of this service can obtain a UBC email address, name@alumni.ubc.ca , which can be forwarded to either an external or UBC hosted mailbox.
