1 Ιουλ 2019 · To obtain your Plan Confirmation, register your Covered Equipment and your Plan’s registration number (“Plan Agreement Number”) with Apple. If auto-registration is available, your original sales receipt will be your Plan Confirmation.
How to file a claim. Start your claim online with Apple. You'll be asked to finalize your claim on the insurer's website. If you're unable to sign in or start a claim online, contact Apple Support. Make sure that you have your Apple Account details and the serial number of your lost or stolen iPhone.
