4 Νοε 2022 · I've been trying to get Apple to update iTunes installers to make iPod recognized as an AppleUSB device on Windows 64bit 10/11 by updating the Registry. Even tried snail-mail (ref case) but keep getting the run-a-round.

31 Δεκ 2021 · I've just hooked up my classic to the latest version of iTunes (12.12.2.2) running on Windows 11 and it is still supported. There was a pop-up about installing iPod support software, complete with a "Don't remind me again" button. Perhaps you could have selected that at some point.

If you’re using any other iPod Classic other than the 1st generation, follow the steps listed below: iTunes 9.0.2 is the latest version available which is compatible with Windows 7. If you’re using an older version of iTunes, I’d suggest you to download and install the latest version.
