IQ is defined in a way that the average IQ is 100, 130 means you are better in solving puzzles than about 90% of others. A quick google shows me that the average IQ of a master student is 117 and the average of a PhD is 124. So you are slightly above that. Practically, very little.

Individual adults usually score somewhere between the 70-130 range, with 100 being the theoretical average. If you score above 130, then you have a score higher than the IQ ranges of the average population, and below 70 would be lower than the average population.
