Link & Learn Taxes provide online workout lessons and certification tests for individuals interested in volunteering for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs. All volunteers are required to register and certify via Link & Learn Taxes.
How to Register. To become certified for the VITA/TCE Programs, you must first self-register in the VITA/TCE Central testing system (your Practice Lab username and password will not work on the certification test site):

Teacher Training Tools. The teacher lesson pages are accessed from the certification menu or by toggling to the Teacher Tab from the lesson page. The teacher lesson pages will: Provide step by step instructions on recommended teaching approaches for the lesson. Link to visual aids and Internet links. Link to practice exercises.
