10Mbps is more than enough. You'd be streaming at no more than 3-5Mbps (I'd suggest on the lower end, as believe it or not, not everyone has access to the absolute highest speed internet). Not really a fan of Vtubing as a whole, so won't comment on that.
For 6000 bitrate streaming you need 7.5 Mbps to 9.0 Mbps upload speed minimum JUST for streaming. It says 52 Mbps average, so you should be fine.
Not great for streaming. You could have an extremely high burst rate and extremely low (comparatively) sustained speed. Eg your bust rate goes to 10mbps but your sustained speed is only 3mbps.
Simply put – your available bandwidth (and actual upload speed) has to be greater than the bitrate you’re using to live stream. As we’re talking about constant speeds here, it’s always good to factor in a 35% to 40% buffer. This should compensate for any fluctuations of the Internet speed.
