22 Φεβ 2019 · This deck contains all vocabulary (words, phrases, etc.) from the Minna no Nihongo Translation & Grammar books from lessons 1 to 50. These are all the words and phrases you will need to study during your time using the Minna no Nihongo books.
I would not recommend Minna no Nihongo as a "self-study alone" book. I would recommend it if you have someone to guide you through it (a Japanese tutor, either a native or someone further along in their studies). If you're studying for N5, I would recommend a book designed to study for N5.

Each lesson in the textbook is designed to introduce new vocabulary, grammar structures, and usage in real-life situations.
Progress: I've completed 16 lessons of Minna no Nihongo Book 1, covering vocabulary, kanji, and practice in reading, listening, and speaking.I have a few questions for the community: JLPT Preparation: If I complete Minna no Nihongo Book 1 and 2, what level of JLPT can I expect to be ready for?

My basic recommendation if you're a beginner and you have the option to choose a textbook series, choose Minna no Nihongo. Why: More vocabulary coverage and more useful vocabulary introduced: Genki 1+2 claims around 1700, Minna no Nihongo is around 2100-2200 for the 初級 (shokyuu) levels.
