Skylux - Anyone use this ticket discounter? 2 years ago. We can save 10% by booking business class travel with Skyluxvfir a trip in 2022. I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights.

Don't use SkyLux. There's a membership portal on their website for those who've paid but it's a scam. They don't allow you to use it - you have to go to the airlines' website to see updates, get ticket info, etc. or you have to speak with the same agent who booked your flights originally.
Sky Lux didn't refund my money, but they held my credit and I was able to change flights (different destination, different airline, significantly different dates) for travel once international travel became possible again, with no "travel agent" fees.
