Downloading and updating the Ring app. Going to ring.com/app will automatically download the correct version for your operating system. Note: The Ring app is free, but you may need your username and password for your device's store page to download the app.
Usually you can search for the name of the app in the Microsoft Store (Win + Q opens the Windows taskbar search box and type in "Microsoft Store") and download and install it (you may need to sign in to your Microsoft account).
It's in the windows store, free download, a lot of people complain about it but I have had RING cameras since the original doorbell came out, and never had an issue.
