Nikolai Fedorovich Shashmurin designed the IS-7 in Leningrad in 1945. It was the largest and heaviest member of the IS heavy tank family, weighing 68 tonnes and armed with a long-barreled 130 mm S-70 tank gun. It was also one of the most sophisticated heavy tank designs.

7 Αυγ 2018 · The experimental IS-7 was the pinnacle of development in Soviet heavy tank design, and it was significantly ahead of its competitors. Old-school heavy tank, it was the heaviest, most powerful, and well armored Soviet tank in the first half of the 20th century!
30 Αυγ 2023 · The IS-7 model 1946 in game would generally be similar to the model 1947. But there are still quite some differences. The biggest visual difference is the turret, which might be considered closer to the IS-6, but on steroids. However it does posses a commanders cupola, which could be a weakspot.
