12 Φεβ 2012 · In my search I’ve come across three different emulators that allow you to run .jar files meant for mobile phones on your desktop. Now you can play mobile games and even use mobile applications like Opera Mini on your Windows PC.
NOTE: The windows core has only been tested on Windows 10 x64. Usage (applies to AWT and SDL): Launching the AWT frontend (freej2me.jar) will bring up a filepicker to select the MIDlet to run.

It is possible to run JAVA J2ME Apps and Games on your Windows PC by using KEmulator. This software is a mobile game emulator which can emulate java mobile games and apps of ‘jar format’ on your Windows PC. It supports OpenGL Graphics Acceleration and MIDP 2.0.
