JABO, Inc. Reno, Ohio. 1987 – The present. JABO, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Joanne Argabrite and Jack Bogard. Mr. Bogard was the owner of the Bogard Company which had suffered financial setbacks while in Cairo, WV. Ms. Argabrite was the accountant who was helping him resuscitate his company.
This page is dedicated to the Identification of the JABO Inc. Sammy Mountain, and Dave’s Appalachian Swirl (D.A.S.) Marbles beginning with the Experimental Runs in late 2007 – Today by marble master and legend Dave McCullough.
6 Δεκ 2017 · Help identifying Jabo collection. Recently inherited a sizeable collection of JABO brand marbles of different types and sizes. Almost all are from the closed plant in Southern Ohio. Help is needed identifying and placing possible values to them.
24 Οκτ 2009 · Jabo, Inc. Plant Manager David McCullough and his crew recently re-configured the furnace, increasing the number of striking-glass capabilities. The changes greatly advanced the experimental marble-making possibilities. On Wednesday, October 21, the Jabo Joker team accepted the challenge.

Both larger size Classics were produced with less frequency than that of the 5/8" size. With a lucrative industrial marble business, JABO would purchase a location in Williamstown, WV to increase production for the industrial marble demand, though colorful marbles were never made.
