2 major issues! First, credit card has been charged and no jacket has been delivered! Secondly, every time I contacted the company about my order, they said it was being processed. Have requested cancellation and full refund! They have informed me that there will be a $15 service fee to cancel! Definitely NOT a legitimate business.
