They do use the noreply@a.jagex.com so this may be legitimate. That’s the email that has sent my membership purchase receipts for at least the last 2 years. The email address could also be spoofed. My guess is someone is trying to hijack your account if you haven’t requested a reset. its a scam.

13 Ιαν 2021 · Some company called Jagex just charged me $69.99 on Paypal for an online video game called Runescape. I did not authorize this and i do not play this game. PayPal Resolution Center says that I cannot dispute this type of transaction.
