For the simplest word for "noisy," I'd say うるさい, in Hiragana, is probably most common. I've never seen it used, but I'm sure there's a web novel out there somewhere that uses it. 五月蠅い is still used by some authors, after all, not to mention 此処・其処・何処 and similar こ・そ・ど words.
