13 Δεκ 2023 · JBridge is a great tool when you want to bridge your 32-bit VST plugins into a 64-bit DAW. At $10, JBridge isn’t expensive at all, but sometimes you don’t even have $10 to spend. We’ll be looking into what free & paid JBridge alternatives are available to you for both Windows and Mac.
7 Δεκ 2016 · Edit: earlier jBridge versions works with Cubase 9 in admin mode. AND there is a new version of jBridge where you don’t have to run Cubase as admin to get it to work. Incredible support from the jBridge-developer!

Using inter-process communication mechanisms, it aims to make it possible to run 32-bit plug-ins in 64-bit hosts, or even bridging 32-bit plug-ins to 32-bit hosts, allowing you to overcome the memory limitations of a single 32-bit process, in this last case.
20 Νοε 2012 · I would probably request the latest version from the jBridge website, then run Revo Uninstaller (because it goes deeper than a simple uninstall), then reinstall to see if the error message goes away.

1 Σεπ 2017 · No biggie, as any freebee, low-end/low cost, or older used/legacy Cubase version will do for your slave computer (note; VSL began with Cubase VST 5 version with it's last update, though only works one-way as a slave. With Cubase SX version on up, VSL runs both ways), that's why I'd recommend using Cubase SX minimum.
