7 Σεπ 2014 · Carefully lift the A/C evaporator (1) and the foam insulator (2) out of the lower half of the HVAC housing (3). NOTE: If the seal around the evaporator tube tapping block is deformed or damaged, the seal must be replaced.
Using a suitable tool, completely coat the entire surface of A/C evaporator with one bottle of Mopar® Cooling Coil Coating through the blower motor and filter openings. Be sure to use all of the coil coating in the container.

11 Αυγ 2008 · Replace the evaporator or heater core. 1) Unplug the vaccum lines from the floor door actuator on the lower left side of the box as well as unplug the vaccum line from the recirc door actuator on the right side. 2) Disengage any vaccum line from any clips on the lower half of the housing.
