I love the little details about this guy. When he was the Jiffy Park attendant and George was complaining that he couldn’t get his car, he says smugly, “what can I say? Take it up with consumer affairs”.
The Jiffy Park guy kills it in limited screen time. That’s what I like to know about it. I find myself thinking this in reaction to things from time to time. There's something so specific about his cadence or little accent on how he delivers it. In the commentary I think they said he adlibbed the “about it” part.
