25 Αυγ 2019 · Harry and Josie return... but Josie's spirit is transported into the knob of a drawer in the nightstand. We see her cry out from inside of it, and then she tries to get out. She has no luck — the knob twists with her wooden image and then freezes.
The end of episode 23 sees Josie 'die' in Thomas Eckardt's room at The Great Northern. After being confronted by Harry, Josie collapses on the bed. Truman comforts her only to realize she has died. At that moment, Cooper (and Cooper only we must add) has a vision of The Little Man and BOB in short succession.

Frank Silva famously described to an audience a scene of Josie's body in the red room curtains, which he did not realize had been dropped from the episode as broadcast. The scene used a body double because Josie's head was not to appear in the red room.
I actually saw a photo of Robin Williams dead. He was in a seated position which i thought was really odd and a belt was used. You can also find pics of David Carradine dead, it wasn't on a door knob but still very low to the floor in his hotel room.
