29 Αυγ 2017 · The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Evacuation Level 2 notice to the entire town of Ronald and the entire City of Roslyn to the Bullfrog Rd roundabout due to changing fire conditions for the Jolly Mountain Fire.
5 Σεπ 2017 · The Jolly Mountain fire in Kittitas County has grown to over 20-thousand acres. Heavy smoke settled into the valleys again yesterday morning but did not lift until nearly 4 o’clock in some areas of the fire.
The Jolly Mountain Fire is creating another smoke plume today, but burning within the interior of the fire perimeter. The current acreage is 11,496. Evacuation levels and road closures remain the same.
29 Σεπ 2017 · The Kittitas County Emergency Operations Center says the Jolly Mountain Fire that began Aug. 11 continues to burn in remote and extremely rugged terrain along the fire's northern perimeter northwest of Cle Elum but no longer threatens communities.
11 Σεπ 2017 · An update on fires burning around North Central Washington… The Jolly Mountain Fire, located 11 miles Northwest of Cle Elum, continues to burn in the Cle Elum Ranger District of the Okanogan/Wenatchee National Forest near land managed by the Department of Natural Resources.
