Terengganu is known as the biggest producer of batik, from the stamped traditional sarong versions to the more elaborate and vibrant hand-painted batiks for both casual and evening wear.
We were born in a small studio in Kota Kemuning, in 2020 and today we are the trustable brand who sells 100% genuine handmade batik in Malaysia. In fact, we are the second generation of batik apparels maker, known as Eng Hong Long Batik Centre in Terengganu, east coast of Malaysia, back in the 90’s.
Desa Muni Batik is a long established company that has been operating since 1974. In line with the passage of time and the development of textile technology, Desa Murni Batik introduce batik developed digitally with the use of high-tech machine from Italy.

Our batik pockets are traditionally handmade by three artisans in Terengganu, a state on the east coast of peninsular Malaysia. While there are various types of Batik, we focus specifically on ‘batik cop’ (block batik).
