Provider Portal Services: View client referrals, report hours for activities, and view correspondence. Please contact your regional program consultant if you need to report a change in your Provider Agreement, address, phone number, addition of staff, or other change.
The purpose of the Kansas Statewide Farmworker Health Program (KSFHP) is to assure access to primary health care services for low-income and medically underserved migratory and seasonal farmworkers (MSFW).

The KanCare program is the State of Kansas' managed care program. KanCare is provided to all Medicaid and CHIP consumers. Kansas has contracted with three health plans, or managed care organizations ( MCOs ), to coordinate health care for nearly all beneficiaries.
