Just bought a Boss Katana 100 mk2, and tried to connect it to my windows 10 computer only for it to say “drivers unavailable”, and when I try to load up the software it tells me that the drivers aren’t installed and that I can’t use the software with the amp. What can I do to fix this?
Use the usual windows driver troubleshooting steps: make sure to have the current firmware on the Katana (only in Firmware update mode it will show up as a usb storage device/drive)

Since there's no mouse pointer and the mouse is not working, you can only process updating mouse driver with the keyboard: 1. Press Windows + R keys altogether to bring out the Run box. 2. Type devmgmt.msc and then hit Enter to open Device Manager.
