18 Αυγ 2024 · Other than tonkatsu, the menu also offers eel katsu, fish katsu and Japanese wagyu katsu. I decided to have the simple Tonkatsu Set which comes with cabbage salad, rice, red miso and pickles. Should you decide to go for ala carte, the price is S$4 off the price of the dish.
Chicken Katsu Curry. Never know there is this Japanese restaurant specialise in katsu meals. It was helmed by local chef who has several years of experience cooking Japanese foods. They signature item would be the tonkatsu but I was craving for some Japanese curry instead.
There is the basic cost for the katsu ($12 to $20) depending on the selection. Then, there is $5 to make it a set. This only adds rice and miso soup. That means there set lunches range between $17 and $25. The food is good. But frankly, the basic katsu price should include the rice and soup. Luckily for me, my colleague was picking up the tab.
