Ear keloids at their earliest stages appear in two distinct manners: 1. Protruding papule on the surface of ear. The most common regions of the skin for keloids include upper arms, skin overlying joints, chest, shoulders and head–neck regions, particu-larly the ear lobes (Figure 1). The anatomical location of a keloid appears to alter its morpho-logical characteristics.
