23 Οκτ 2016 · Desktop apps and control panel work fine including shortcuts buttons such as volume up, web browser etc. The default driver installed seems to be Lenovo ThinkPad driver PS/2 keyboard (which the keyboard Is not).

24 Σεπ 2016 · My keyboard does not work within Windows Store and it's Apps. I cannot type anything in the search of the store, or within the Xbox App. I can right click and paste in information and click "Go" and that works just fine. But just no keyboard input works. Keyboard works fine everywhere else.

5 Μαΐ 2020 · my keyboard only works with certain application like internet explorer (but not edge), file explorer and word pad. Pretty much nothing else. I've tried restarting my computer, running diagnostic tests using the esc key and f2 key while restarting.

Bluetooth devices are not currently supported. Download the latest version of HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
Use this information to troubleshoot common keyboard problems on notebook computers. To avoid potential software damage, immediately replace keyboards damaged by liquid spills. Use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics to complete a functional test of the keyboard and identify any problems with the hardware.
