LADOT traffic officers enforce all parking laws in the California Vehicle Code and Los Angeles Municipal Code. Traffic officers are deployed 24/7 and patrol the city in shifts throughout the day to address the problem of parking violators and respond to constituent complaints of parking violations.

In order to create an account, you will need to enter information from parking citation(s) issued in the City of Los Angeles to a vehicle registered in your name. A personal Action Code (PAC) will be required before access to the citation information can be granted.
You can pay your parking citation online, via PayTix, by telephone: (866) 561-9742, in-person at a Public Service Center, or by mailing a check payable to “City of Los Angeles”, write citation number on the memo line, and mail to: P.O. Box 30420, Los Angeles, CA. 90030-0968.
